An afternoon at the beach:with Lucy and her mum and dad

Well the weather wasnt looking to good in the morning. The sun came out in the afternoon briefly for me to capture some of Lucy and her mum and dad who were up here on holidays. This is Lucy when i photographed her just weeks old.

And here she is 18 months on...


When I say the sun came out it was beautiful for a little while, and then the photoshoot had to end abruptly as we were absolutely rained on and saturated right through. I think i managed to capture a few beautiful images of Lucy and of course her mum and dad.

I love this shot of Lucy in her parents legs, believe me, it wont be long and she will be up to their shouders.

Steve & Jodi Wedding

What an absolute beautiful day for a country wedding. Steve & Jodi chose a beautiful place to get married. And the weather was just absolutley a blessing.

Grandparents Day at Caloundra Christian College

I had the absolute pleasure of taking photos of Grandparents Day at Caloundra Christian College, While the weather outside was yucky I had a great time taking pictures.



Unfortunatly the day was cut short with a warning of severe weather on its way and children sent home early. No doubt the college will have another special day planned so the grandparents can watch the presentations by the children.



Photos from the day will be sent to the school next week.

Miss Mia comes to visit

Well yesterday i had a fantastic time with Miss Mia and her mum at the studio. Mia came for a visit to get a 1 year old portrait to match her brother and sister's photos.

Sandy Aslett rang me and asked me if I would be available to be the photographer for her beautiful hats that were to be showcased in partnership with Suite three... Hair ... Beauty, Buderim.

The showing took place at the salon of Suite three located at Ballinger Rd, Buderim and was compered by Nikki Parkinson from Styling You.

Completing the Buderim theme, models were dressed by Gingers Boutique. The weather was warm and the models looked fantastic.

Torrance Lily

Well there has been a baby girl drought at Kathy Hughes Photography, but that has now been broken by this sweet little bubba.

This precious baby couldnt wait and arrived 3 1/2 weeks early. She is so sweet, and i had a fun time with this one.

Zac

This is Zac my great nephew and he was just so delightful. Zac is 18 months, and found my chair great to play on as nearly two year olds do. He got into some funny positions and i just kept on shooting.
