I was blessed to catch up with little family today. We are provided with so many way to be thankful for how awesome and special our lives are and who we have in them, and this mum and dad have such a beautiful reminder of that fact.

How gorgeous is this little poppett, she was so good at todays shoot. Mum and Dad enjoy your baby girl, because you will turn around one day and she will be asking about boys!!!

Mothers Day Shoot at the Shorncliffe Pier {family portrait photographer, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast}

After a very wet week last week, it was great to see the sun out.

Today I spent the day at Shorncliffe Pier with the Auston kids for a very special mothers Day shoot.

The day was perfect with scrumtious late afternoon light, little or no wind and perfect children.

I love family portraits, interacting with the children and encouraging them to explore the location.

We went on the pier, under the pier, in the water, on the rocks, we even got a little bit dirty!!

I love it when the models tell me they hate photoshoots but this one was FUN !

Beautiful niece and fantastic nephews

This week we have had little ones in our home, visiting niece and nephews with their mums and dads. We have had a lot of fun, laughing and playing and enjoying family time, building memories for our children.

So not to let the opportunity go by I got to take a few pictures of each of them, with their own personal photoshoot.

Here they are sweet and adorable children and I had great time with my family.

E family and baby Phoenix

Well I am certainly smitten with this little Bub, This is baby Phoenix and he was welcomed by the E & T and family. Here he just is 5 days old, so new, so quishy and so, so, so adorable. He also has a big sister and a big brother to have some fun or mischeif with when he gets older. E & T thanks once again for choosing me to capture your little bubs first days at home. Baby O, big brother L , Mum and Dad= FAMILY

And what a fantastic FAMILY they are, especially when they give you permission to get to know them and their boys. This is Baby O and he is such a sweet little boy, so placid. Big brother L is a fab 2 year old, full of energy (as they are at this age) and so delightful. I think he will make a great big brother. Mum and Dad super job with your boys they are both such a blessing to your family.

Sweet sweet newborn sweetness

Today I met Miss K who is a whole 9 days old, so sweet. This little one kept us on our toes going through a few baby wipes today! She was mostly awake for the whole session, so not many sleepy baby shots here today. Such a sweet little baby and has the most fantastic dark blue eyes.
