Kings Beach Family Shoot

Well my last shoot for 2009, was done at Kings Beach, Caloundra just in time for Christmas. Storm clouds loomed as we shot in the beautiful afternoon light. I thought we may have been rained on at one point. J & D thanks for the lovely afternoon your children were fantastic.

Another shoot with Chase {Professional baby photographer, Sunshine Coast}

About a month ago we welcomed Chase into our family, I did newborn pics and now that he has grown we decieded to do a few more. I could take pictures of babies all day long, especially when they are just so darn cute, adorable and sleepy.

At the beach with friends

This family is very special to us, we had a babies around the same time, our husbands had a change of career direction round about the same time and we had holidays together (and we are still great friends!!!) and they looked after our children when I went to Thailand to shoot Peter and Chantel's Wedding back in September (and we are still great friends!!!!!!!!!!).

So while on a visit to the Sunny Coast at Kings Beach we did a late afternoon shoot for some family portraits. Beautiful afternoon golden light I love it!!!

Baby's got blue eyes

This is Isaac and I took his portraits a couple of weeks ago while he and his mum and dad were on holidays on the Sunshine Coast. He is a little friend of Oliver that I shot in the same location a few weeks before.

How cute is this little guy, beautiful eyes, chubby little cheeks and a cute little smile.

This age is a bit tricky, because as soon as we put him on the ground he went looking for leaves, grass and sticks to put in his mouth

These are some of my favourite pics from that shoot, I especially love the relaxed look in the bucket and the kiss from mum and dad.

Beach fun with the Bartholomews {Sunshine Coast Family Portrait Photographer-Peregian Beach}

Well after a couple of re-schedule dates this week due to crazy weather conditions, I was finally able to meet the Bartholomew family at Peregian Beach today for their family portraits.

The boys were a ton of fun, and did great today even though I was warned this may be a tough gig with two boys who hate having their photos taken. Beach cricket, sand dune boarding and jumping was the order of the day.
