Joshua David {Newborn Photographer}

What a job I have, I love to photograph new little sqishy babies and here is my latest sqishy little one named Joshua. I have been photographing his mum for a pregnancy month by month collage and today we had her last picture and his newborn shoot.

Joshua was born three weeks early and slept so peacefully today and only woke for a top up feed and then straight back to sleep. Slept through the numorous poses and clothing changes I had for him.

What a delight to photograph.

Pregnancy Collage {Pregnancy Photographer} {Sunshine Coast}

Way back in Juy I came across an idea to offer a month by month pregnancy shoot and then make it into a collage. Problem was I needed to find someone who was very early in their pregnancy, everybody I knew had just given birth or about to.


In comes the wonderful world of facebook, put the idea on my page and not very long after that Paulas name was put forward to me. Paula and Andrew agreed to be involved with my idea and so here we are today with my first pregnancy collage.

Andrew and Paula came and saw me every month for these photos, the baby was born just days after I did her final picture

Play Date Photography! what is it? I hear you ask!

Play Date Photography is a new venture for Kathy Hughes Photography. I will come to you with my studio set up or you can choose a location e.g park, beach or someones home.

Kathy is experienced with children and babies and holds a Diploma of Photoimaging (photography).

Don & Ruths Wedding (I do...take 2) {Sunshine Coast,Caloundra Wedding photographer, Second Wedding Photographer}

Ruth & Don celebrated their wedding yesterday with their closest families and friends, doesnt matter if you have done this before, the couple still get nervous before the ceremony. Ruth and Don looked so happy and thrilled to have this day come at last. The bridal party was made up of granddaughters and a special couple to them, Ray & Sue. The wedding and the reception took place in Caloundra.

The couple are of on a driving holiday to NSW, enjoy your holiday and I will see you when you get back. Here is a sneak peak for your family & friends.

First shoot of 2010 with Miss K {baby and family portrait photographer} Sunshine Coast

My first shoot for 2010 was with Miss K and her mum and dad, and lucky for us the rain had cleared away and the grass was so green. Miss K as you can see has been busy working on some fab teeth, what a beautiful model, so many smiles and funny faces. Now how lucky am I, to start the year off with a wonderful family.
